DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Once you have completed the order, you will receive an order and payment confirmation by the email you provided. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order. The order confirmation will show the ordered product(s), price(s) and shipping cost(s). In case you did not receive the confirmation email, your order was most likely processed unsuccessfully. We send the products within 1 - 3 business days after the order is received. We deliver all orders as registered mail which is trackable with a tracking code. Our delivery times depend on the order and destination of delivery.
Usual delivery times:
- to Finland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia 1 - 3 business days
- to most European countries 3 - 7 business days
- to the rest of the world 6 - 14 business days
More specific delivery times will be stated once you have chosen the delivery country.
We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery. Any exceptions in delivery times will be communicated to you via the contact information you provided.
We are doing our best to have all the products available in the stock and keeping our product range updated. However, at times, some products are not available immediately. You can see whether the product is in stock on its own page. In case the product you ordered was available in the stock according to the online store, but for some reason it was not, Sauna Boutique reserves the right to cancel the transaction and consequently you will not be charged for anything. You will be informed about this through the contact information you provided.
Our shipping costs depend on the order and destination of delivery. The specific shipping costs will be stated once you have chosen the delivery country on your shopping cart.
