RETURNS AND REFUNDS
TERMS FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer is deemed to have received the order posted to Finland in two business days after the postmark marked by the post office; to EU and elsewhere in the world we allow five business days. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing, for example, opened and partially used shampoo bottles cannot be returned.
In case the order has gone missing or the reason for the return is a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately by email firstname.lastname@example.org
We will respond to e-mails within 24 hours. If the order has been damaged during delivery or got lost, you a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.
Instructions for return or exchange:
1. Emails us at email@example.com and tell whether you are returning or changing the product and why. In case of exchange, mention which product you would like to have replaced.
2. Include a note with your name and contact information inside the package of return / exchange. Pack the product well so that it cannot be damaged during shipping. You can send the product in its original shipping package if it is opened neatly. Seal the package properly. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free exchange / refund therefore the delivery charges must be dealt by you.
